Chris Elmitt is a professional facilitator who has pioneered the use of technology to help large groups collaborate and reach decisions. Since 2006, Chris has been the Managing Director of Crystal Interactive. Crystal Interactive developed the Collaborate platform for face-to-face collaboration and this is used by many of the world’s largest organisations. In February 2020, shortly before global lockdown, Chris started work on a new platform to address the issue of collaboration for remote teams. This platform (JAM) launched in June 2020 and has since been used for over 60 events, from 10-person advisory boards to global leadership events for many hundreds.
