Francisco Serrano Baptista is the founder and creator of the Lead with Impact Programme, a learning programme for leaders working digitally and in remote workplaces. Francisco is also the Director of the Academy of Choices, the leadership capacity development division of Leadership Choices, Germany's largest consultancy on leadership and executive coaching. A passionate coach himself, Francisco brings a practical and experiential philosophy to training events so that participants are able to operationalise their learning within their workspaces immediately.
