Why do we do what we do?

Sometimes, as educators, we focus so much on the who, what, and how, that we forget about the why. This session will allow interprofessional continuing educators from all stakeholder groups to focus or refocus on the why; in this case, the why we do what we do. Three different perspectives will be provided in short presentations focusing on enhancing interprofessional collaborative practice, and understanding the health professions educational continuum.

After this session, participants should be able to:

Describe the impact of CPD on Interprofessional Collaborative Practice.
Apply best practices in developing CPD activities based on an understanding of the learners and their educational milieu.
